xbox 360 super elite, cant find 1 months live??

Hi i got a new xbox 360 super elite of ebay and i cant find the free 1 months xbox live gold card.

im thinking the seller may of taken it out.

where abouts is it normaly?

You don't get a one month trial card in the box, instead the way it works is the first 3 or 4 accounts set up on the xbox will be given one month gold trial then after that runs out it will revert to silver.

ok so do i just set up a new xbox live acc and then it gives me a months trial? also do i just make my gamertag up as usual as i will be starting a new gamertag

Create a whole new gamertag and when you go to select which membership you'd like you select silver, and as long as the previous owner hasn't made 3 or 4 new accounts on the machine it will then display a message saying something about a one month trial to gold.

Ok also i noticed the last person who owned it advertised it as new yet he has a gamer profile on it, quite a few game demos on the hard drive, themes too....

does it come pre loaded with themes etc and demos?

Yeah there are a handfull of themes,gamerpics,game demos, arcade game trials plus a full arcade game called hexic. I would setup your own gamertag to see if you qualify for gold trial then once your up and running delete his profile but leave themes and other stuff on there.
