    thinkin of buying xbox 360 full pack...

    how much does it cost to play online, is it a one off fee to play what ever games online...




    please advice as am cr*p on this side

    you pay yearly. you need to buy an xbox live starter kit which play are selling for around £25 with pgr2

    thanks mk86, is that £25 for a full year, and will it allow me to play anygame online, are there any other hidden costs.


    also the pack that am getting has a "Xbox Live Silver" not sure what that is..

    oops sorry they have sold out on play. but it would have been for a full year. you can use original xbox starter kits.

    Hidden costs - sorta...

    With Live you get access to the 'MarketPlace', where you can buy loads of cool (and loads of naff ;)) stuff.
    These cost MicroSoft credits, which work out at about 8p each I beleive.

    You don't have to buy anything there - but it's very tempting! LOL

    I think Final Fantasy online has a seperate subscription charge, but nothing else has yet. Someone please correct me if im wrong on this.

    Also get a premium and your get 1 months live at gold level free anyways.

    Yeah microsft points buy you the arcade games, and play will probably be getting more stock of gold live accounts with the game again soon. Buying this kind of offer is cheaper but if you cant wait and no offers around normal price £40.00 for the year . You should definately enjoy this as plenty good games out with many more to come soon. Arcade games are quite addictive too, and not bad for the money.16.00 for 2100 microsoft points at play.com
