Xbox 360 gets EuroSport App

Distinguished Member
Only to Gold members, of course, and it's £2.99/month

Eurosport and Xbox have announced a new entertainment partnership bringing the Pan-European sports channel to Xbox Live audiences on Xbox 360.

The Eurosport Player app on Xbox 360 delivers Eurosport's exclusive live sport content and on-demand functionality to living rooms whilst throwing in a spot Kinect love on the side.

It's launching in 20 European markets in 13 different languages and will give Xbox Live Gold subscribers access to live simulcasts of Eurosport and Eurosport 2, catch up services across a range of programmes and live bonus content on selected events through multi-broadcast feeds.

Events available this year include live tennis, with access to seven courts at the US Open Grand Slam, as well as coverage of the MotoGP Championships, IAAF World Athletics Championships, Women's UEFA European Championships and the German Bundesliga.

As well as an Xbox Live Gold subscription, you'll need to pay Eurosport Play£2.99 a month but there's an introductory offer of three months free running through Game in the UK.
