Ok, a few questions that i can't find answers to. I've connected my xbox 360 elite via ethernet cable, to my router/modem and pc, so i can effectively stream music from my pc through the xbox. All is fine, but:

    1. Can i copy files direct from my pc to the Xbox HD? If so how? I can access my pc from the xbox, but not access my xbox from the pc, but can stream ok.
    2. Can i play divx movies i've downloaded via my xbox - how?
    3. Tried to connect USB HD drive, with my photos, music, files and all sorts of stuff on it, 160gb disk, but xbox wouldn't recognise it. Any ideas why?

    Thanks

    No.

    No.

You need to format it in FAT32, not NTFS.

    Yes......BUT (there's always a but isn't there :D)

You have to install TVersity on the PC. This will then transcode the file and stream it directly to the Xbox.

You can find TVersity here --> http://tversity.com/home
If you search the forums there is a lot more info around as well.

Then each partition cant be any larger than 32gb. No file can be larger than 4.2gb so high def WMV movies are out of the question.
The best thing to do is format the drive as an NFS partition using software called "macdrive". You can then use any size partition and any size file :smashin:
