    Hi,

Due to a dodgy deal with an installer (we've got the gaff registered as a business), I can get a full broadband connection into my flat in Dublin. As broadband is only available for businesses in ROI (except for a tiny minority of homes), XBL hasn't been launched in the south, but I'd love to be able to play Moto GP online (and I really want the new SC level!)

My question is this: Assuming that I can get a Live Starter Pack, and can use a credit card registered in the UK, would there be a region blocker thingummy when registering Live? Is anyone else using XBL in the ROI, or would I be limited to XBConnect?

    Ta!

    Dave

You will be fine, as long as you have a net connection XBL is not region encoded.
