I cant wait, all of the comic book adaptations that we have got coming this year, its gonna be a good year for fans, hopefully.
just seen the trailer on a trailers dvd, looks very good... oh there's a fight brewing.
X-Men, Hulk and the The Daredevil out on the 15th of Feb.
Has anybody got news of a Fantastic Four film I know there was one done quite a few years back 1994 but I believe it was pulled and is now under lock and key so it would not spoil a better version.
Also read somewhere that there was going to be a league of extrodinary gentlemen, remake in the pipeline.
what you mean this one
apparently chris columbus and doug petrie are involved in the big budget one that may are may not make it to the big screen. the reason it has taken this long is because until very recently the necessary sfx budget has been prohibitively large as virtually every shot would need cgi.
apparently you can pick up snide copies of the cheapy at sci-fi fairs and as it doesn't look as though it will ever officially get released i don't consider them pirates.
as for the ext league of gentlemen
looks like this year as well, looks truely mental!
Yes James that is the FF film I was on about.
I have The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen comics but have not got round to reading them yet I may hang on till I have seen the movie, but from all accounts the story is very good. I think the added some extra characters to the film i.e. Dorian Gray and Tom Sawyer.
In other wors they have americanised it.
Dorian Gray was not a hero either.
and apparantly got rid of an important bit with Sherlock Holmes and replaced it with his brother Mycroft... who cares its got Sean Connery in it, it's bound to be a blast.
Just like The Avengers
I saw Daredevil last night at a press screening and it was very, very good -- much better than I thought. It was also prefixed with a new X-Men 2 trailer and that too looked excellent -- much more action-packed than the first. Not sure about Alan Cumming's accent though...
hahahahahaha point taken!
