    I've seen this recently, Halo 2 seems to be the best of the bunch. If you're not going to play the other games then it's probably worth just buying the console from play.com for £80 and buy games you do want to play from there.

    I am thinking of getting the £80 console from play.As i am fairly new this gaming lark i was wondering what are the modifications i have been reading regards x box media center etc.

    There's the £88 Xbox bundle which contains Burnout Revenge, from Komplett.

    Check out Xbox-scene.org about the modifications, there's the soft and hard mod way.

    If you are looking at using Xbox Media Center then I'd recommend a hard mod, there's plenty of good sites out there but your first port of call should be Xbox Scene.
