You are breaking the law and Ebays own rules. Doesn't stop several hundred other people on Ebay though. They may pull your ad if they feel like it.

It will certainly get removed if they find it. And its also illegal. I think that about covers it.

You are not allowed to sell consoles with Pirated games on here. Its absoutely against forum rules and will result in the ad being removed and a probable ban.

I had my ebay ad for a modded xbox pulled, simply because it had been chipped.

And pirate games are a no no on ALL auction sites & forums. :lesson:

Try advertising it as "Special Edition XBox". Some people may email you asking what you mean, and there you can tell them it's been chipped. You might get grassed up, but it's safer than saying so in the open.

This isn't really the place to be discussing methods you can use to bypass rules that exist for the purpose of upholding the law...

"Copied" games (in whatever form) are illegal and you choosing to sell them amounts to piracy. It's highly likely that your advert will be pulled if you place it on eBay and (clearly) we don't allow individuals to sell pirated games here. I'm closing this thread...
