www.2.delta hijacked chrome

Running win 7 home premium my grandson says he was doing homework on it now when I open chrome it has been hijacked.Tried removing it with win uninstaller no luck downloaded ad aware does not find it same with advanced uninstaller and ccleaner.Found it with regedit deleted it from regestry and its still there is there anything else I can try before I reinstall.

Get Malware bytes and/or Spybot Search and Destroy, do full system sweeps with those and see what turns up.

My guess is the malware go in through Java plugin on Chrome, remove Java if present or go into Windows control panel\Java\security and disable internet java plugin.

Although you've uninstalled it, You'll have to set chrome back to googles search and when you open a page.
