I know the Hong Kong R3 disc was cut, don't know about the Korean one though.
But that list of specs is way out - the film's less than 80 minutes long not 110 - they must be including the pitifully short extras

I bought a DTS version of this and found it was from Universal Laser in Hong Kong, the picture quality sucked ( poor black levels and detail was down ) the sound quality was better than the Dolby track on the region 1 version but many scenes had been censored and frankly it was cheap but pitiful and i wish i hadnt bothered, i still have the excellent region 1 disc and this is one of my favourite horror movies ( along with The Ring ) of recent years.

The coverartwork on that Korean one features a scene censored from the Hong Kong version so thats promising.

There's a comparison of the R1, R2 Germany and UK and R4 at DVDCompare. Looks like the German version has DTS but it's only in German.

That looks interesting because that scene is definately censored in the Hong Kong DTS version, i would be interested in repurchasing this with a DTS track so if you buy it can you let me know the exact running time please.

I would say the 110 minutes is including the extras. KoreanDVD have a habit of doing this. I nearly bought what I thought was an extended version of Hannibal, at 170mins, until I found out they had included the extras in the running time.
