    That's awesome to read, but at the same time also a tiny bit depressing! ;)

    Notice the 400:1 contrast ratio though.

    Not much change out of £5K I'd bet.
    Absolutely obscene - I want one. But then, I'd need to get a G5 with a 6800.
    Wonder who the panel mannufacturer is for that?

    Japanese price is 1.000.000 yen. I think thats about 5k. Not cheap but it is supposed to be for profesional use.

    I dont recognize the inputs either even though it says DVI-D!

    Contrast is pretty poor I guess. Dont know who makes the actual panel but it could be that iiyama company. Dont really know.

    Iiyama have done a monitor of that spec for years. Don't know if it's the same as that one, but CCL (Bradford) used to sell an Iiyama of similar spec for about £9000.

    Needs a serious graphics card to drive it. Think you need 2 x dual-link DVI ports to get that resolution.
