    you can remove portions of a recording-so yes...

    But editing is not as accurate as on a Panasonic DVD-RAM machine so if you need to do precise editing then you are better copying over the whole programme and editing on a Panny.

    why would i want to edit?? its for recordin tv if i want a film to keep i buy thre dvd????
