Usually I see only bad experiences mentioned but I have to mention the excellent service I received from Crampton & Moore, though i'm sure their response is on a case by case basis and does not include every product line they sell. I received a Sharp 46XL2E at 27/11/7 and it was fine until I started noticing lots of dirty marks and lines when playing games and certain panning conditions. So I spoke to them before christmas and they told me to contact them in the new year to arrange a different TV or swap. So I went again with a 46XL2E and they send it to me and I just did a swap, but the same problems occured. I wanted to go with a F86 and pay 200 extra but I saw so much moaning here I thought well naw, I dont want to be some problem customer. So I agreed a refund with C&M. They collected the second TV at their expense. I received my full refund the other day. I cant say I have heard of this level of service before and your usually at odds with many retailers over these types of issues. I suspect though they had quite a few returns over this issue of the crap Sharp 46XL2Es. Dapunk.
