A few weeks ago I had a terrible delay(almost three weeks)of some music that I ordered from cd-wow.After the first week had gone I phoned them and was asked to wait a further week before contacting them again. After two weeks, there I was, on the phone again. No problem they said and they reordered the discs.Problem is,the original ones then turned up!
So would you have returned the discs?

Well,I did.Maybe it was just my conscience, but I figured that if they were good enough to send me a replacement, the least I could do is return the duplicate.I received a padded self addressed envelope and a message of thanks via email.

I would have returned them (or asked if they wanted me too -it can be more expensive for everyone to return low value goods).

The goods were never yours I suppose.

Of course if it were a crap company who'd messed me around my principle may not be so strong.

I expect that they have insurance, but it is just another cost that would eventually drive up the prices of the rest of the goods sold.

I'd send them back - I am the type who'd always get caught if I didn't

Id send them back simply because they do not seem to have messed you around too badly on them and it's a nice little company.

I had a DVD go missing on its way from dvdboxoffice.com in Canada. I had to send around a dozen emails and cancel all my existing orders with them before they eventually sent a replacement. So, when the original disc turned up, seven months after it had been sent, I decided to keep it.

Had they treated me well, I would have happily returned it.

I would return it. Too many people abusing the returns/missings policy and they'll simply become stricter about it.

i'd return it : cdwow are a great company who have always provided great customer service, including refunding me customs charges, when they had no reason to, when I wasn't expecting them to be so high.

    regards,
    anephric
