I need a new freeview box for my room as my old one has broken. I have a great Samsung HDTV but it unfortunatelly it doesn't have a HDMI output. It has DVI and an audio output but would this work?

Connecting this box,

With this cable,

To this TV?

But what would I use for the audio?

Thanks in advance.

This Goodmans box is DVB-S which means it is a satellite receiver - not DVB-T (Terrestial freeview).

Do you really want to pay more for the facility to upscale to HD resolution?

I don't know about HDMI. Re audio, check what the Freeview box outputs and what tv inputs are. Do you also use a receiver or amplifier?

Currently just a reviever. My TV has red/white audio but it also has a blue audio connection as part of the DVI setup.
