Would adding a Rotel RMB-1565 power amp improve a system with a Pioneer SC LX81 receiver?

I currently run a Pioneer SC LX81 receiver into some lovely B&W speakers. I've been offered a Rotel RMB-1565 power amp for a knock-down price.

I'm wondering if I'd notice a difference in the sound, given that they are both Class D, ICE-based hundred-ish watt amplifier designs, although the Rotel does have the ability to double its wattage with halving impedance, which is surely a good thing.

Anyway, do you think it's worth adding the Rotel, or would the difference be negligible?
    Thanks

I'd probably say too similar to make a call.

Now if you went to a class AB 150W per channel..
