    Hi
as above: I'm really pleased with results from Sony HS10 and Arcam DV27, but was wondering if a couple of hundred pounds spent on a scaler would bring worthwhile improvements. Or is the Sony doing it's own scaling well enough?
Would a scaler help with SKY interlaced signals- or again, would the Sony be converting these to progressive internally?
Thanks for your patience- I'm new to projectors and all that goes with them!
    Cheers

The Sony works progressively so it converts everything to Progressive at its own native resolution. I will leave others to discuss merits of scalers.
