System is an AMD2800 Barton, 1GB RAM. Currently have an XFX Geforce Ti4200 128MB card.

I don't play games but I run zoom player pro and ffdshow.

I need to drive two displays a TFT and a projector, I'm not too keen on the Nvidia drivers for this and I think a card with two DVI outputs would be better as well.

I spotted this halfway down the page

HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon 9600 256MB DDR TV-Out/Dual DVI (AGP) - Retail (GX-008-HT)

    http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/9500_to_9600_Series.html

Looked at slightly more expensive ones but they don't have dual DVI if I'm bothering to upgrade I see that as a must.

Would this be a step up and improve perfomance in zp at all, the system takes a hammering when watching a DVD and when watching HDTV stuff.

If not what card would be?
