    After a dispute with Currys (it's a long story) I had my new 32ZP18Q delivered yesterday and I asked my mother-in-law to wait at my house for the delivery as I was working.

    I insisted that when the goods were delivered, that "RECEIVED UNEXAMINED AND BOXED" was clearly noted on the delivery note.

    When I came home, I was confronted with the following:

    * Box in very bad shape and repaired with brown parcel tape
    * Lack of stand
    * Lack of external speakers
    * Lack of remote control
    * Lack of instruction manual
    * Lack of proper internal packaging protecting TV.

    I am getting a replacement tomorrow morning as I refused to accept it in the condition it was delivered in.

    Most retailers will be more than happy to help but placing "RECEIVED UNEXAMINED AND BOXED" can save you a lot of problems.

    Currys advised that there has been a problem with their central warehouse dispatching old suspect goods and hoping that the person buying the goods wont complain!:mad: :eek: :eek:
