A quick question: with a WMVHD file that comes in many parts, which is the best player to use (ideally one that will play them seamlessly), or is there an application to use to join them together? It appears that when I use Media Player, there is a small gap between each file as they play.

    Cheers,
    Dean.

what format are the files in? if they are *.rar files download an app called Winrar to join them together. As for playing the wmv HD, windows media player 10 will play them perfectly on a PC or if you have an xbox 360 you can stream them via windows media Center.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The files are already downloaded in WMV format. They are not rar files. If they were, I would know what to do with them.

I've had trouble playing large HD files with WMP10 (with HDTVPump codecs) but just recently tried VLC Player and it has played everything perfectly so far...

If you have lots of .ts files use HDTVtoMPEG2 to join them together.
