WMA ripped files to mp3?

As above, I have ripped a lot of cd's to WMA lossless. I have a new mp3 player (Samsung YP-U1Q), but that does not seem to play WMA files so want to convert into mp3. Can someone please explain how I can do this or point me to a link where this is shown. Please use plain English as I'm not very techie.

Ideally, I want to do this conversion every time I am uploading tracks onto player rather than two sets of files on my hard drive (one in wma and the other in mp3).

Thanks.

Wow. Two seconds on google and I found this:
http://www.wma-mp3.com/

No idea wot it is like, but I'm sure a basic and not particularly time consuming search on your engine of choice will come up with something...
