    Hi Guys

I have installed an all-in-one wireless extension, which is working fine with a telephone connected, and an healthy dial tone present.

However, when I connect the Grundig Sky box, and try a test, according to the box, the telephone line is always busy [which it isn't]

I do have broadband, but the phone lines all have filters.

Is there a way I can use the engineer's menu to place a delay into the dial out, as I think the wireless extension may not be responding quick enough to the modem's request to dial out.

Any help on this subject is appreciated.

Now, I'm not 100% certain about this, but I think that the modem in the Sky box isn't that sophisticated and it does some voltage sensing on the line. Normally on a phone line it would expect to see a DC voltage, and maybe the wireless extension is not replicating that ? Just a guess, though.
