Before I go and order wireless pads for my PS2 and Gamecube, are there any new or updated models coming out soon that I should know about or can I go ahead and order a Wavebird for the GC and a Logitech Wireless pad for the PS2, safe in the knowledge that they are the current wireless top dogs??

I will also be ordering RGB cables for both consoles. I was thinking of the Blaze one for the PS2 and the Official Nintendo one for the GC. With the PS2 I'll be taking the audio to my amp via the optical lead. With regard to the GC though I hear that there are no stereo phono outs on the lead. How will I get the audio to my amp??

    Thanks in advance.

Im pretty sure these are still the top dog, when it comes to wireless controllers.
Im currently using the logitech pad for my ps2,and its very good.
As for rgb cables, ive got all official stuff for my xbox,ps2 and gamecube, expensive but definatly worth it:cool:

Cheers M8!. I went ahead and ordered the blaze and the nintendo cables and I've got a scart switcher with phono audio outs on the way so I sould be able to get GC audio to my amp. I haven't got the pads yet but say the logitech in the local Smyths toy store for €79!!?? Jeez its a big B*****d!! :D It must be 3 times the size of a normal pad!! :D

The ps2 logitech one is officially licensed by sony, and they don't usually put their name on any old tat.The logitech one for the xbox isn't licensed, but it is a very good pad, dare i dare i say better than the official one.
