I have WEP 128bit encrytpion (I know WPA is better but I have 2 DS's which don't support it).

I'm also not broadcasting my SSID, and have an Access List set up to only allow MAC addresses I set to connect.

Just wondering which of those 3 methods (encryption, not broadcasting SSID and MAC filtering) is most secure? Are all 3 necessary? And is there any performance decrease with any/all of them?

With WEP you should stick on all you can, no there is no performance hit, none are secure on their own, when combined they are more secure, but still not totally secure.

No network is 100% secure, you can only make it harder for people to crack, so the more defence you put up the better
