Wireless music transfer on galaxy s2

Ok, bit of a long shot this. Last night I managed to copy a music file from my Qnap Nas wirelessly and have it appear in Winamp on my phone, but do you think I can do it again? Its driving me mad.

I think I must have used the Twonky app, selected copy to device, then that's it. I've tried numerous times now, but to no avail! Help!!! I've changed the path the file is saved to twice, from the original sd/ twonkymedia folder to sd/mp3, but neither of them work!!

Does anyone else do this, or is there a simpler way? I know I can use the laptop to do I wirelessly, but I would much rather do it all from my phone, plus I can't wrestle it out of my wife's hands!!!

Ah, I've switched to power amp, which lets me choose which folders to search for music!

Problem solved.
