Wireless MP3

    I want to use my PC to play mp3's in my living room. I'm looking at getting the netgear mp101 and attaching it to my surround sound speakers. The question I have is - do I need a wireless router or just a wireless card? I suspect a card will do cos I don't need to connect to any other pcs in the house. Has anyone got any recommendations on what to buy etc?

    You don't need the router although I would recommend one.

    You could just get a wireless PCI card (I would get a Netgear one as (a) the MP101 is Netegar and this might avoid any minor niggles and (b) Netgear tend to be better cards).

    Also are you aware that Netgear have / are releasing the MP115. I am not sure if this is replacing the MP101 as it does pictures and movies too
