wireless card

i have samsung surround which has a dvd player and found a slot at the back that fits a wireless card can someone tell me what i can use that for please

Sounds like it but wireless speakers in my opinion are never wireless the rears need a reciever, mains lead, power sockets and wires going to the rears so basically a total waste of time.

so im thinking theres no point using it for wireless speakers then ? is there any other use for it apart from earphones?
