As yet there are no HD-DVDs to know but it seems inconceivable Hollywood won't seek to re-impose customer controls which failed with DVDs, and with HD players it's highly unlikely it'll be as easy to get multi-region ones, I'm sure the likes of the DVD Forum and the MPAA will go after any manufacturer which provides a means to convert players to multi-region with all guns blazing.

I think there are some HD-DVDs as I accidently found a link to one the other day  , I would post the link to the DVD, but feel the mods might not be pleased

PM me if you want the link, and by the way I don't own the dvd, so I can't comment on the quality!! :D
