Windows explorer has stopped working

Hi i am accessing a folder on my desktop i can get into it but one of the sub folders in it won't open a box comes up scanning saying Windows explorer has stopped working windows explorer will restart and then it just shuts it down back to a jumbled up desktop. I can access all other folders ok it is just this one. Any ideas on what i can do to access this folder it is my most important folder it has all my acquired stuff in it.

EDIT: No probs i have solved it now.

Edit: The problem is back again but nothing i do seems to solve it this time any ideas ?

are you getting that flash 10.ocx windows stopped working probelm? if you are there is no fix other than IE8 beta install or use firefox..
