    Windows 2000 service pack 3 is available, just incase you had not noticed,

    Do the 'windows update' thingy,

    as with all things like this... wait a few weeks until
    someone has guinea-pigged it for you.

    then do a search on deja/ google for sp3 + problem.

    always remember the joys of NT SP6 (withdrawn) and SP6a.

    as is, I've installed SP3 on a couple of test machines at work and it does seem okay... but there is always some odd hardware/ software combo so...

    only if you have "legit" version of windows installed, and not a friends.

    there are 800+ fixes in it, so its definitely worth installing
    once others have tried it for us.

    I've got it happily running on two test machines, with IIS & Exchange. seems okay.

    multimedia stuff.. haven't tested it.
