Willy Wonka - region free?

Blu-ray.com say it's Region A coded but this would be a first from Warners - but after Paramounts region locking on Braveheat and Gladiator, nothing surprises me anymore...

So - is this region free or locked?

The UK edition is out on the 2/11 but it won't be the digi-book version that the US is getting but it will be much cheaper.
