If I have two tv coax plugged into this.....

Are you wanting to replace a single coax socket with a double, in order to feed two TVs ?

If so, then you're splitting one signal into two without any amplification, so you risk losing signal strength which may lead to picture break up on digital channels.

You might get away with it if you live in a strong signal area, but it would probably be a better idea to use a powered signal booster.
