Will Samsung still repair LE40R88BD TV???

Recently I have been experiencing problems with my Samsung LCD. I have read all over that it is due to bad capacitors (either bulging or leaking).

Therefore I decided to remove a couple that were bulged so that I could take them to a store and purchase some the same, but in the meantime Samsung have e-mailed me back saying that they will repair the tv for free even though it is outside of the warranty, as they are aware that this is a common problem.

Will the engineer still repair it when he does the inspection even though I have removed the bad capacitors myself? Any info or advice would be appreciated as I dont know whether try and solder them back on the board.
