Will my Yamaha RXV-630RDS pass HD via component?

I am in the processing of upgrading my TV to HD. At the moment I have two component inputs into the Yamaha and one output. I need to keep this config for video switching.

One of the inputs is a Xbox 360. If I switch that to 720p will my Yamaha RXV-630RDS pass thru that signal?

As it is just an analogue stream I rather hoped it would...

Check the bandwidth of the component connections in the manual, which you should find at the back in the specifications. If it's 100mhz you're fine.

"Frequency Response (MONITOR OUT)
Composite, S-Video ................................. 5 Hz to 10 MHz, –3 dB
Component ............................................... 5 Hz to 30 MHz, –3 dB"

It appears to say (if I am reading it right) 30mHz so I guess not? :(

Yamaha said for 720p the min was 37mhz and they quote 30. Tried 720p from my Xbox 360 tonight and it worked fine. Looks like the amp is over-engineered just enough. 1080p shows no picture...
