Or do i need to buy a special stand like with the PS2?
it will stand vertical...
On its own?
Mine is vertical - Maybe it is just me, but I find mine quiter that way
it will but get a stand anyway, it looks great lol
Got mine vertical
(Due to lack of room)
I purchased a stand with mine. And I am really chuffed. More amazingly when you plug it in it has a blue light. The boys in the house go WWHHOOOO when they see it the girls 'its a blue light'. What do they know?
they know nothing. NOTHING lol
This is what you want:
Why pay £18 when it stands on its own anyway?
try here only £12.99 del .i got mine from here
because it looks great
Because you get a nice blue light.....oohh, I've just come over all girly..
You can get the stand in your local Game for £14.99 as well.
OK, now I am intrigued, I did not realise there was a blue light on it
You didn't need a stand for the PS2, it was mostly aesthetic. See 'blue light' eroticism furthur up this thread and you'll understand what I mean.
Both stand very stably on their own, no stands or blue lights required .
had reports from mates saying that thing scratches/scuffs the ps3.
Only if you rub it.
I got one of these. I think it cost about £8 inc postage.
Since then, they've started doing another one (below) which I would have got as it doesn't have the disc holder and has a power switch on the front.
A flat surface is all you should need for it to stand fine.
Having just bought a PS3 and have an HD-DVD player on order I have run out of room in my plasma stand, which houses my Sky+, home cinema DVD player,PS3 and centre speaker.
I will need to move the PS3 to the floor and hold it vertically, next to my T.V.
I have been looking around for suitable PS3 vertcal stands and have come across this one.
Has anybody used this? I am in two minds whether I like the blue lights.
Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
I've got a stand that glows nicely blue, and it has a couple of USB ports at the back too.
I'm far too old for a sex change - I think I'll leave mine standing upright on its own.
