Wii SD card for movies

Whats the best SD card to use to convert .avi movies to watch on your Wii.
Do they need to be of a certain read speed or will any work? Whats the biggest it can read from, so far i've heard 2Gb but is that ture? I've got a whole load of great films to watch

using the video9 converter it can.
no experience with the wii. but on my mobile phone a standard sandisk miniSD steams videos fine. mayby to get it working top notch get the Sandisk extreemIII . more expensive than others £22 for £2 but aprently the best spead around and are used by professional photographers with the best SLR cameras...
