Wifi not working on my PS4

I randomly lost my internet connection a few days ago and have been unable to reconnect since. Every other device connects to the WiFi perfectly fine but my PS4, my WiFi network no longer shows up when I try and reconnect, I can connect to it fine using a LAN cable

I’ve just tried the mobile hotspot but the PS4 still doesn’t recognise it and I’ve just looked at the system settings and my PS4 doesn’t appear to have a MAC address for WiFi

I’ve also had this error message come up a few times too

Sounds like a damaged WiFi card in the PS4, Maybe try to update the system in Safe Mode? Failing that, maybe purchase a USB wireless adapter?

I do have a WiFi extender and even with that plugged in and working I still can’t connect to the WiFi, I’ve even tried plugging an Ethernet cable into the extender and into the PS4 and that doesn’t work I think I’ve tried pretty much everything without any luck at all
