Wide angle zoom for 30D

I bought a Canon 30D in July, and I'm really chuffed with it. I used it at my daughters wedding, and then on holiday in Crete, and the results have impressed me. I bought Canon because I've used Canon film cameras for years (a 650, then 100 and finally a 50E), and the only thing I miss with the
30D is my wide angle lens, which now isn't as wide as it used to be! I want to correct this by buying a wide angle zoom, but I'm not sure which. The choices have come down to: 1) Sigma 10-20 f4-5.6 - The cheapest and smallest, 2) Sigma 12-24 f4.5-5.6 - gets good write ups and can be used on film cameras as well but is the slowest in aperture terms, and 3) Canon 10-22 f3.5-5.6 - fastest aperture but the most expensive, although I've still got the cash-back voucher for that. Anybody got any suggestion?

With the cashback voucher, you can get the Canon 10-22 here for just over £300 which brings it closer in price to the Sigma 10-20. No hood or case with the Canon though.
