Why won't MCE or MWP see my FLAC files?

Having read various internet forums, I want to rip my CD collection into FLAC format.

I have downloaded EAC to do this.

I have ripped a couple of CDs and, while I can play them using Windows media player or Winamp, they do not show up in the library in WMP or in Media Centre.

I read some more, and found that this was a known issue i downloaded WMP Tag Support Extender, which is supposed to allow WMp and MCE to pick up the tags in FLAC files to solve this problem. However, it hasnt. Having installed it, I can't see my FLAC files in teh library in WMP or MCE.

Any ideas? Maybe I don't have EAC set up correctly to insert the proper tags?

Anyone got this to work?

thanks in advance

You need the latest versions of WMP 10 and the Tag extender, then point WMP 10 to the directory where the .flac files are and WMP 10 should read the songs into the library. Do this through WMP not MCE.

I also couldn't get it to work, until I downloaded the latest versions of the software.
