    I have two TV now.
Experiencing issues with videos (particularly AVI) not playing on the TV and it was playing in older Samsung TV model UA55H6400. My new model is 55nu7100 TV.

this new tv when trying to play videos from usb drive, it does not play all files. old model UA55h6400 plays all well.

Dealer offered me to try Samsung JU6400 to try which plays avi format but processor I feel is slow.
Any 55 inch TV with UHD can solve my issue? Please advice.

this kind of thing is very normal and a reason why people will often use dedicated media players rather than relying on built in smart TV functions.

One of the reasons behind it could likely be audio, I think Samsung dropped the ability to decode DTS audio.

You'll want to connect a computer or android box to the TV via HDMI. I use a Zidoo X10 android box. There are many different ones available.
