Question Why has Sky Netflix app poor picture but better sound than LG app?

Wondering if anyone can offer advice on the following please...

After using Sky Q Silver 2TB with my LG OLED 55E6V I noticed that SD content looks terrible especially when viewed on the Sky box. HD looks fairly good and UHD looks exceptional (even without HDR as don't think Sky support this yet).

Last weekend I compared Netflix content using the LG app and the app built into Sky.

LG provided a fantastic picture but inferior 5.1 sound...
Sky had the inferior picture but significantly better 5.1 sound (both 'upmixed' with Neural X.

I only have one HMDI cable going into the TV on the second ARC HDMI input. I don't really want to change any cables (if possible) as the company that installed it did a very neat job!
Any idea why there is a difference watching Netflix on the LG app or the Sky app?

HD and 4K content both look exceptional using the Oppo 203, especially when Dolby Vision is featured on the disc.

Thanks in advance with any help with this... and apologies if I have posted this in the incorrect thread!!
