I was watching Edward Scissorhands, which is 5.1, and I have one back surround speaker. When I pressed the surround "back" button I could only switch between off and non matrixed. Why can´t I get the matrixed(where it calculates a back surround sound) function on?

Check that the AFDM (Auto Flag Detect Mode) is switched OFF and then try it again. Hopefully that will cure the problem.:)
