I tried to record the Blackburn V Newcastle prem plus game today, but sky plus wouldn't let me.
We have a prem plus season ticket, and after pressing the record button it said on screen 'checking purchase price etc' and that it was already booked (ie we had a season ticket). I could watch the match live...but not record it....

In the end I had to record on a separate machine.

Any idea why this happened....I know you can record PPV films and watch them within a certain time limit before they're wiped off, but I hadn't come across the footie issue before....

This problem has been mentioned over at the DS forums.
No idea why this is happening but I would assume if you had recorded it then the billing would have been waived thanks to your season pass.

    DS Thread.

    DS Thread2.
