Why are Thomson LCDs the best?

    True blacks, massive viewing angles, and hardly a hint of motion smear.

    How come they look like no other LCD and knock all their socks off (and this is the 'old' range, not the 2005 models)?

    I'll have to take a look at Thomson LCDs - I haven't seen many of them. Thanks for the recommendation.

    Very good. Very Funny... Possible the worst LCD's on the market.

    I had one... true blacks, not actually. (contrast was not great either)
    Massive viewing angles and no smearing, that's true anyway.
    Overall usability of the set was great.
