got a copy of this today. Looks like yet another 'how come Ive never bought this?" album.

I remember the "Baba o reilly" track and "wont get fooled again"
and I have seen them live at Newcastle City Hall.

Jumping round the room with my air guitar to wont get fooled, brilliant.

Not sure who influenced who ( excuse the pun) but theres Led Zep and Yes in there. Moons drumming and Daltreys vocals, its brilliant and Ive not even mentioned the guitar work.

    A killer album.

If you like R & B and good old fashioned high energy R & R get this album.

Picked it up for 5.99 at HMV, even the sound quality is great.:D :D :D

...Keith Moon is considered by many to be the guy who revolutionised rock drumming...so I doubt if he was influenced by any of the two mentioned above...his influences were jazz and big band drummers and he developed these styles to arrive at the sound we hear today...basically he threw all the rules out of the window and did his own thing:cool:
