Whos is an Existing SKY customer???????????

I joined sky in 2000 and for more than 7 years have not subscribed to any SKY packages only to some independent channels on my brothers name.

So, does it mean i'm an exisiting sky customer or not

I think you're considered a new customer if you haven't subscribed for 12 months or more.
