Who Stole my Sh*t?

I’ve been gardening for many, many years. Last week, when re-planting the rockery at the front of my house, as usual, I utilised Chicken Pellets before placing new plants on top (underneath the plants).

Bizarrely, over the next two nights, some critter had dug up the plants and taken the Chicken Pellets. That’s a new one on me!

I then purchased/spread Cat/Dog repellent crystals around the rockery in an attempt to deter the would be thieves. So far, it seems to have worked - and my rockery plants have remained intact.

Any photos of paw prints or similar in the dirt?

Seeded our very small lawn a few days back . Raked over the bare patches as much as i could . Removed all the crap , seeded with Westfield seeds that ( hopefully) do as they say with low temp germination . Covered with a sprinkle of top soil .

Not sure if this is the correct way , only time will tell.
