OK, I'm completely absorbed and gobsmacked with the brilliance of G.R.A.W, however I am almost concluding the single player campaign and will look at starting my online career soon.

But, I was wondering if Fight Night would blow me away also?

I played the demo and thought it was graphically excellent, but gameplay was restricted....

Will Fight Night blow me away like G.R.A.W has? If so, why?

    Cheers :smashin:

Note: Mods, especially Monkey boy, please don't close this as I'd prefer not to troll through 51 pages of information on a different thread to get a concrete answer.

I got GRAW today and ME LOVES it too... And OFCOURSE you have to buy Fight Night :D !

Wanna buy tomorrow :) I love the Demo, not other Tekken and DOA if you know what I mean.. In this game u actually BEAT someone, not just a stupid ''cartoon'' character like in Tekken or DOA !

Definitely going to order this one..

So is the one player element not up to much? What is live like in your experience?

Got both of these this week and so far GRAW has got me sucked in but I've had a few fights on FN3 with friends on live which is great fun and ever so satisfying when you land a haymaker that sends your buddy flying to the canvas, especially watching the replay of it :) . Not had a chance to play the single player side of it yet but all my friends seem to be enjoying it

I own both but currently play FN more due to GRAW being a game where I need some time to dedicate to its maps which can take sometime. Both are cracking games :)

Just because you've been lucky so far doesn't mean the problems don't exist. :lesson:

I went to Asda looking for FN3 yesterday but with no luck :-(

Looks like I'll have to order it online and be content with GRAW for this weekends gaming....unless anyone knows anywhere else (not online) that sells it for 40 squid?

Hmmm. Not entirely sure why I'm singled out here, but all I'd say is what concrete answer is it that you're after? Essentially this is a question asking if Fight Night 3 is any good, right? And if so why should your thread receive special dispensation? Is it that you feel the Fight Night 3 thread just doesn't do it for you?

See now this is where I know some members will see what I'm trying to do as over-officious, but please remember I am doing this at many members request. Please can you guys at least give the new way a chance and not start new threads like this one?

I'm loving FN3. Picked up graw yesterday, played about half an hour then went back to FN3.

Only problem for me is that after playing GRAW i can no longer play FN3 as it crashes after about 10 seconds of the 1st round every time guaranteed.... not at all happy.

    Anyone else had problems?

But anyways, back on topic.... DEFINATELY get FN3 if you can - single player is great, a lot of hidden depth to it once you start trying to fight tactically and pick your opposition off.
On top of that its great fun in multiplayer too. Bargain.

I wanted to see if dimples wanted to respond. I don't want to be accused of not listening to members, that's all. Everyone should have the right to reply if they have something constructive to say.

I quite like this thread as it goes. No flamng so far.

Plus i do own both games as well. GRAW is great but have a hard time atm getting a game online so have been doing lots of FN3 career which is good as it gets more enjoyable playing against all the differnt boxing styles and trying work out how to win those fights

I personally dont' really see a problem with more than one thread for a game, as the excitelment dies so will the thread count. Although saying that moderators intervention to prevent the exact same thread appearing several times is appreciated.

Anway, on topic - IMO I dont think any 360 owner shoud be without both FN3 and GRAW, both are great games.

I agree with the majorities opinion on GRAW in that its great! GRAW does have some live issues but I have found limiting rooms to 8 players seems to reduce the problem and that is with me hosting on a 2Mb line.

I cant belive how good FN3 is on live, apart from one fight, I really have not been able to tell that I wasn't playing my housemate sitting next to me (apart from the fact I got it handed to me on several occasions!). Im not a massive fan of fighting games but even if only for the multiplayer action FN3 is a must.

G.R.A.W is awsome , fightnight i was disapointed in i thought u would start a career in like 40th rank and work your way down but no u just do fights for belts i finished it within 8 hours and online play is wrecked by button mashers so i took it back demo was ace but the full game kinda sucks

I got both on release day, played FN3 Firt then GRAW spent most of the first weekend on FN3.

I don't get that much time to play so FN3 is far eaiser to play in shorter periods.

Well, you never get an exact same thread appearing. Is an "I've not received my GRAW from Gameplay yet" thread the same as an "I've not received my GRAW from Play yet" thread? No, they are completely different companies with different delivery systems, yet I think most people would agree, neither deserve their own thread. It's all very objective, and for every person that appreciates what's going on here, there's someone who thinks I'm ruining the forum. That's a rock, that's a hard place, that's me just in between...
