Who offers the best 5 year warranty ? John Lewis or Richer Sounds ?

Did a quick search and this question was asked back in 2008.

So it's 2011 and I'm looking to get a new TV and wondered who offers the best 5 year warranty ? John Lewis or Richer Sounds ?

get a copy of the T&C for both.
John Lewis one seems to be only available online or on request instore. Never seen any details of their services on a pamphlet.
who underwrites each one?
the business or an insurance company.

to me, its not about price, its about service.
time scales, 0800 numbers (not 0870/0844), repair or replacement, like for like, loan set etc.
you could have the worlds longest warranty but if you gotta do all the running around its not worth having it.
is the service worth it?

I got my 5 year warranty from Panasonic. They include next day pick up and delivery throughout the five years, which Richer Sounds don't. Very happy!
