In Cardiff, the snow has, shall we say, been "tentative". "on/off". Etc. And I think we will miss out altogether now.

Gutted. Not working until Saturday either so could have had some fun....

I thought that we were going to "miss out", but it started snowing in Falmouth at around 16:00. By 17:15 it was about 2" deep. Couldn't reverse up my driveway when I got home.

Seems odd that there's no snow in Bristol, as it was supposed to be working west, reaching Cornwall tomorrow. Apparently it was snowing in the Scilly Isles overnight, and Penzance had some at about 10:00.
Bristol will probably get hit tonight in a pincer attack!

Nothing here outside Belfast. Kids a bit gutted (plus I might also be slightly upset but am far too mature to let show ;) )

May get some overnight though if the forecast is to be believed.

I take that back, it's snowing in Cardiff like mad now. AND it's settling. People have just had a snowball fight outside my window as I type this.

Woke up this morning and no snow. :thumbsdow Got to work no problem. Started snowing at lunchtime and didn't stop until about 6.30pm.

It's normally only a quick 10 minute ride home, but it took a wee bit longer tonight. Snow and automatics do not mix. :D Took me five minutes just to get out of the drive at work, slowly inching my way forward.

You can have mine if you like - walking to work was awful as the pavements now have lots of deep, very crunchy ice and big areas that are polished. The narrow paths here that are angled down towards the road were like a skating rink - really nice given that it's quite busy there so you'd go over and then get hit by a car! Nearly went over quite a few times coming to work today... not looking forward to the walk home at all! Think I'll try to find a different route.
